As a veteran of the chain pharmacies, I can tell you that switching to a place like West Knoll is one of the best decisions you'll ever make. Unlike the chain pharmacies, West Knoll can fill prescriptions within minutes if you walk in (but it's still considerate to call ahead), and their staff is literally a family, so you feel as though you've been welcomed into someone's home when you visit.
West Knoll has turned a most unpleasant experience -- visiting the pharmacy -- into something I enjoy. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Transferred my prescriptions here after having had enough of Walgreens and CVS. I'm very glad I did. They filled my prescriptions immediately and when I went to pick them up I was exceptionally well treated by the staff. The pharmacist introduced himself, shook my hand, and thanked me for my business. This is superlative customer service and very highly appreciated. Absolutely five stars.

Amazing family owns the pharmacy lots of unique products
I LOVE this family run pharmacy. I travel often and work long hours and many times they have shipped me medications or delivered them to my home. The level of service is top notch and they continually go above and beyond for me. I will never use corporate pharmacies again!
