The pharmacist and staff at this pharmacy make you feel special the second you walk in. They greet you by name like you’re a close friend. The vibe is so warm and engaging — nothing like the cold, rushed feel of big chain pharmacies.
They’re incredibly efficient too. My doctor called in my prescription and I got a call minutes later saying it was ready. No waiting around for hours.

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. From the moment I walked in, the pharmacist and staff greeted me by name. It honestly feels like visiting close friends. They’re engaging, cheerful, and genuinely care — the vibes are amazing.

This has been my go to pharmacy for over 15 years. There is nothing like a small business pharmacy that makes you feel important and well taken care of like West Knoll Pharmacy. I cannot even begin to explain what a difference they’ve made in every part of my healthcare and medical Treatments I’ve had to deal with! They have legitimately been there with me along the way through a pregnancy, brain, surgery, ongoing migraine issues, and more. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m sure many of you have had issues with big name pharmacies and if you’re looking for somewhere that actually cares about what they do and takes you seriously this is the place!

This place has only gotten better over the last few years. With insurance rates soaring and doctors getting busier and busier I am telling you some days the people here are my only advocate. I’m eternally grateful for west knoll pharmacy. They deliver meds also for anyone who needs that. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!
